Shayne Pemberton has been my "go to" guy for everything I need doing. He is licensed in all things electrical, plumbing, HVAC and Gas. He has replaced my sunshine ceiling, installed a new water heater, repaired the gas leak to my yard light, repaired my Rainbird timer for the sprinkler system, installed a new dishwasher. I highly recommend Shayne. He's also a Master Diver and instructor in case you want to take SCUBA lessons.
